In anticipation of the introduction of our new mobile banking application, we’re also changing to a new Internet Banking platform.
Our Internet Banking service will be unavailable beginning around 3:00 p.m. Monday, November 30th. We expect to have it back in service no later than noon on Tuesday, December 1st. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Also, effective Tuesday, December 1st, the login process for our internet banking MAY change as follows:
- If you’re using the original 6-digit User ID number assigned when you started using internet banking with us, continue to do so; you won’t need to make any changes to your current login credentials.
- If you’re using something other than the original 6-digit User ID number (you may have changed to a different number, name or phrase), AND you’re currently using our Bill Pay Services, you will need to use the original 6-digit number to log into internet banking. If you don’t know your original 6-digit number, please call the bank and we’ll provide it to you.
IF YOU CURRENTLY HAVE ANY ACCOUNT ALERTS SET UP ON INTERENT BANKING, THESE ALERTS WILL NOT TRANSFER TO THE NEW INTERNET BANKING PLATFORM. YOU WILL NEED TO SET UP NEW ALERTS WHEN YOU LOG ONTO THE NEW PLATFORM.
